Harmonic Paradiddle Inversion Hand Ostinatos

I refer to these patterns as harmonic paradiddles because we have two instruments sounding at the same time. Melodies contain single notes strung together and harmonies stack more the one sound at a time.


The patterns contained here use the single paradiddle stickings. On each of the four sections the right hand remain in one inversion on the hi hat while the left hand cycles through all four inversions the paradiddle sticking on the snare. The badd drum patterns are only some examples of funky bass patterns to apply to all of these patterns . Please make up your own as well
